The facial menu ranges from a luxury facial and a back facial to dermaplaning, enzyme peels, diamond microdermabrasion and a lactic peel, with a men's deluxe facial and a combined treatment that adds ultrasonic exfoliation to the mix. Booking involves a few steps. A non-refundable deposit is due when booking any service, and clients may pay the full amount online, though any remaining balance must be paid in cash. Semi-permanent brow services and bridal makeup require a consultation first, arranged by text or email, and semi-permanent brows should be booked at least a week in advance. Lashes should arrive clean; if glue, dead skin or makeup has to be removed, a lash bath is charged. Appointments run with a 15-minute grace period, after which a late fee applies, and anything more than 20 minutes late is cancelled with half the service charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged half the service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service and banned from future booking. Guests and children are not permitted, and a $50 fee applies to after-hours or closed-day work.

For lashes, the sets range from a classic one-to-one application through hybrid and volume options up to a mega volume set with fans up to 16D. Lash lifts, lash baths and removal are also offered. Lash fills are limited to one to three weeks, and after the third week a full set must be booked. First-time lash clients are asked to book a full set, with removal if needed. The studio does not work over other artists' work.

Consultations come first for semi-permanent brows and bridal makeup, and the studio does not work over other artists' work.
