Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are open from 3PM to 7PM, Friday from 3PM to 8PM, Saturday from 8:30AM to 5PM and Sunday from 8:30AM to 2PM.

Online scheduling is not available yet. Clients contact the business directly, and changes to an appointment, including rescheduling or cancelling, are handled through direct messages on Instagram at @preciousgempalaceinc. The booking calendar opens once a month, on the fourth Friday at 5PM.

Booking requires a $25 deposit, which is non-refundable. That amount is applied to the remaining balance, which is paid at the appointment in cash or by Zelle, with Cash App also listed as an option. Cash must be paid in exact change, and clients are asked not to pay the full service price in advance.

Clients can reschedule once. A second reschedule forfeits the deposit and requires a new booking. A no-call, no-show is charged 50% of the service price, and a declined card prevents future bookings with the business. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period. Clients must be 18 or older to book, and clients under 17 need signed and dated parental consent.
