Beyond braids, the studio offers twists and locs, including passion twists, faux and butterfly locs and starter twists. Its weaves and wigs range covers traditional sew-ins, closure and frontal sew-ins, quick weaves and wig installation. Sew-in prices include two bundles, and extra bundles are $50 each. Closures and frontals must be dropped off at least two days before the appointment.

For younger clients there are kids' braid services, including the Lil Handsomes and Lil Beauties options, and kids' silk presses. Men can book braids, plaits and twists. Freestyling covers ponytails, updos, pin-ups, cuts and curls, lineups, trims, two-braid styles and silk presses.

Ombre brows are a semi-permanent shading technique for the brows that the business says lasts up to three years. A full set is listed at $300 and a retouch at $150. The service is only offered on brows that have not been treated before.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of half the total price, which holds the appointment. Appointments can be moved up to 48 hours ahead using the same deposit, once per deposit and within 30 days. A 15-minute grace period applies, after which a $20 late fee is added to the balance, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late need a new deposit. Same-day appointments carry a $25 fee, and the remaining balance is paid in cash at the appointment. Prices are not negotiable, and hair for styling can be supplied at an additional cost.
