Appointments are requested by text, phone call or email and are confirmed once Susan reviews them. Massage and skin care clients complete an intake or consultation form before their visit. Each visit begins with a conversation about the client's goals and concerns, and Susan offers guidance while the client chooses services. Full body massages include hot stones and warm towels, and cupping therapy can be added.

The facial menu ranges from the Ultimate Organic Facial, which uses Eminence Organic products, to device-based options. Microdermabrasion, enzyme and glycolic peels, extractions, LED light therapy, radio frequency, and cordless microneedling with the Hydra Pen H3 are all offered in various facials and add-ons. Many facials include a hot stone foot massage.

Body contouring is planned individually using a custom Abigon Pro plan that combines cavitation and radio frequency. Treatment areas may include the abdomen, thighs, back and flanks, and a plan may involve several sessions. A quarterly maintenance program with diet and exercise guidance can be set up for these clients.

The spa also sells retail skin care products. Packages let clients combine services into one session or prepay for a set of visits. Policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations, with a $45 fee for missed appointments or late cancellations. Clients with a fever, cold or a contagious skin condition are asked to reschedule, with no fee if they let Susan know in advance.

Services are built around each client's goals and chosen during a consultation, with the owner's licensed massage and esthetics training behind the work. The spa says it aims to leave clients relaxed and rejuvenated.
