Lash extensions are mostly classic, and hybrid or volume looks can be requested if the client tells the technician ahead of time. Options include natural and classic individual sets and a hybrid set that blends classic and volume lashes for a fuller, textured look. Mink extensions are not offered. An initial application takes 60 to 75 minutes depending on the style, and a fill usually takes about an hour. The studio says new extensions last four to five weeks and recommends refills every two to four weeks. A fill is offered when at least half of a client's extensions remain; clients with few or no lashes left are charged for a new full set. Extensions applied at another salon can be filled, though the studio does not guarantee satisfaction with them, and that appointment allows 75 minutes.
Facials include a 60-minute classic European facial with deep pore cleansing, steam, exfoliation, massage, a mask, and SPF, and a 60-minute acne treatment facial with deep pore cleansing, steam, exfoliation, and an acne mask. The 70-minute Deluxe Facial combines microdermabrasion with a European facial. The classic microdermabrasion treatment uses a diamond-tipped system with an alpha hydroxy acid peel, a soothing mask, and SPF, and the studio says it involves no downtime. The studio recommends a facial about once a month, alternated with exfoliating treatments. Before and after microdermabrasion, it advises skipping waxing for a day and strong exfoliating products for three days, and wearing sun protection afterward.
Waxing covers the face, brows, and body, with prices listed by area. New clients who are unsure what to book can take a free first consultation. Clients with allergies or concerns about eye reactions can book a skin patch test before their appointment. Appointments are recommended because the calendar is usually full. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted, but personal checks are not; cash payments receive a 5% discount. Clients who arrive late or need to change an appointment are asked to follow the cancellation guidelines on the FAQ page.
The studio works mainly in classic lash extensions, adjusting to hybrid or volume requests, and offers a hypoallergenic glue for clients concerned about reactions. Its skin care advice favors regular facials paced with exfoliation between them.
