The facial menu has nine options, most priced at $100 and lasting 45 to 60 minutes. Diamond microdermabrasion uses a diamond-tip wand. LED facials use light wavelengths aimed at specific skin concerns. Dermaplaning removes fine vellus hair and dead skin cells in a 45-minute session. A vitamin C brightening facial runs 50 minutes, and a deep cleanse pore facial is designed for men's skin. Anti-aging, acne, classic European and back facials are also offered.

Brow work includes eyebrow lamination, which runs about 40 minutes and lasts six to eight weeks, with a 24-hour window without water on the brows afterward. Flawless Brow combines waxing, shaping and henna tinting for results that last 10 to 14 days. Lashes are available as classic, hybrid or volume full sets, with fills booked at one, two or three weeks. Cluster lash sets last 10 to 14 days and can be customized from natural to full.

Booking is handled online. A $20 deposit confirms an appointment and is non-refundable, and a card must be kept on file. Cancelling without 24 hours' notice or on the day of the appointment incurs a 50% fee, and a separate $40 same-day cancellation fee is listed. Rescheduling more than once requires a new $20 deposit. A no-call, no-show is charged the full service amount, and arriving 10 minutes late without calling leads to a charge and cancellation. Payment can be made in person, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings of $50 to $4,000 after approval.

The business is open Tuesday to Thursday 7 PM to 9 PM, Friday 7 PM to 10 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 7 AM to 7 PM, and is closed on Mondays. Booking questions and calls are answered the next business day when the studio is closed. A question form on the contact page sends email to the business.
