The salon was built around a long-term aim of a high-end, inclusive beauty space. Its own description calls the experience high-end and inclusive. The founder, Veronica, also opened Posh Nails as an extension of the Posh brand. Nails by Posh describes itself as Latina-owned, woman-led and community driven.

Color work starts with a consultation to check the current color and hair health before the service is planned. Single process color is booked after that consultation. Extension work also begins with a consultation, which covers sew-in, clip-in and tape-in options along with pricing and upkeep.

Nail services, waxing and home services are offered by appointment only, and are booked by phone.
