Manicures range from a regular polish service up to a deluxe dipping powder option, and the deluxe regular manicure adds longer massage time and a sugar scrub. Pedicures run from a regular service through an organic version and a hot stone version to a luxury pedicure with detox volcano crystals, a collagen mask and paraffin. Extensions are offered in acrylic and Gel-X. Acrylic sets typically need a fill every two to four weeks, and gel polish is recommended over regular polish for full acrylic sets. Gel-X covers the entire natural nail with an artificial nail, and the newer location describes it as the trendiest option at the moment.

Some policies are worth knowing before a visit. Clients are asked not to remove acrylics themselves; lifted or cracked acrylics can be reported by phone. Services that require removing old product carry a separate removal fee, and repairs are free when done within the same week at the salon, except on regular polish. Add-on fees are added to the price of the original service, and tips for dipping cannot be added to gel manicures.

Groups are welcome. Groups of four or fewer can be served soft drinks and may bring their own wine. Groups of five or more can use the bar table exclusively, receive soft drinks, and bring their own wine or food. Groups of nine or more are asked for a deposit of 30 percent of the total services. Bookings for bridal parties, birthday parties, girls' nights, company outings and date nights are hosted, and larger parties are asked to call or email so the salon can set up the experience. A kids menu serves children under 10 with regular polish, while gel services for children are priced at adult rates. Gift cards are sold at the S Waterleaf Dr location in set amounts or a custom amount.
