Posh Nails & Spa

Posh Nails & Spa sits in a suite on San Felipe Street in Houston. It is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 7:30pm and on Sundays from 11:00am to 6:00pm.

Manicures and pedicures are the core of the menu. Nail color choices include gel polish, cat eye gel polish and dipping powder, with more than 1,000 SNS and OPI dipping powder shades, plus glow-in-the-dark and chrome dipping powders. Waxing is also offered.

Pedicures take place in a Contego pedi chair, which the salon describes as quiet and pipeless. The salon claims it has the newest pedicure chair technology, and it uses a Voesh spa pedicure solution. Every pedicure includes a disposable liner and disposable jet, and basins are not shared between clients.

Hygiene is a stated focus. Each client gets a new nail file, buffer and pumice stone, which are discarded after use. Metal tools are disinfected, dried, sealed in sterilization envelopes and sterilized in a hospital-grade autoclave at 320F. A private nail service room is available for clients who prefer more privacy.
