Equipment is sterilized in a medical autoclave, and the salon says its sanitization follows FDA-approved, medical-grade methods. Disposable files and buffers are opened from sealed pouches for each client.

Nail services are guaranteed for up to five days after the first appointment. Damage reported within that window receives a complimentary fix, while damage reported later is repaired at cost.
