Posh Nail Lounge has two locations, one in Davie and one in Plantation. The salon describes itself as aiming to deliver high-quality service and to treat each client with courtesy and respect.

The menu covers a broad range of nail work.

Several policies shape a visit. Nail fixes for scratched or misshapen nails are free when the salon is told within 24 hours of the service and must be done within 7 days of the original appointment. A service can be redone at no cost if a client is unhappy with the quality and says so right after the appointment, but refunds and credit notes are not given for changed minds. Clients are charged for repairs needed because of damage they caused. Arriving more than ten minutes late may mean not all booked services are completed. Pedicure chairs have a 350 lb weight limit and manicure chairs 250 lbs. Clients should mention any chemical or substance allergies before a service. The salon accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and its own gift certificates, but not checks, and complaints go to the salon manager.

The salon says it aims for high-quality service and courteous, respectful treatment of clients.
