Hair services include cuts, color, blow outs, Brazilian blow outs, extensions, hair and scalp treatments, and styling for special events. Bridal clients can book updos and formal styles, along with makeup applied with a brush or airbrush either onsite or in the studio. Makeup lessons are also offered for people who want to learn application themselves.

Face services include eyebrow grooming, eyelash extensions, faux lashes, lash lift and tint, and facial waxing. The skin menu lists facials and waxing.

The studio is open Tuesday from 10 am to 8 pm, Wednesday from 9 am to 3 pm, Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm, Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Staff call or text to confirm appointments at least one business day ahead. Clients are asked to call at least 24 hours before to cancel or reschedule. Those who do not call to cancel are charged 50% of the scheduled service, due at or before their next visit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without contacting the salon means the appointment is rescheduled and recorded as missed.
