The studio is open Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Thursday through Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Brow Wax and Mapping begins with a consultation, where the brow shape and arch are planned before any work is done. Longer procedures such as Teddy Brows and Hyper-Realistic Strokes each take about three hours and include a touch-up in the price.
Cancellation terms are set out clearly: a 20% cancellation fee applies, and clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the studio as soon as possible so the appointment can be moved. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, but the client must be approved before the appointment.
