Grooming is also offered. The salon notes that permanent brows are semi-permanent and fade gradually, with an average healing time of about four weeks.
The salon also runs brow training, including in-person one-on-one classes. Options include a VIP Shadowing Day, a Brow Mapping 101 course, one-on-one henna brow training, and a four-day one-on-one ombre brow course. A two-day ombre brow refresher is offered one-on-one only, and it is open solely to previously certified artists who present a current training certificate on the day. The refresher runs two full days of about seven to eight hours each, with a live model and a certificate of completion. It does not include a kit, and it includes lifetime post-training support. The deposit is non-refundable, and cancelling less than two weeks ahead incurs a $100 fee and forfeits the deposit.
Appointments only; walk-ins are not accepted. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and it is closed Sundays. Same-day appointments may be available at no extra fee, and same-day requests are made by calling or texting (832) 224-6579. A non-refundable retainer reserves an appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours ahead incur a $40 fee, arriving 10 minutes late incurs a $20 fee and cancels the visit after 11 minutes, and a no-call, no-show incurs a $40 fee and a new deposit to rebook. Clients may reschedule once, with a $20 fee for changes made less than 48 hours ahead. Guests are not allowed in the procedure room, and children under 16 are not permitted in the salon. Clients should avoid plucking or waxing their brows for 72 hours before an appointment. Payment is accepted by cash, major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp and Google Pay. Zip Pay and PayPal Pay Later are available for appointments from $35 to $1,500, and no financing is needed for classes or one-on-one coaching. All sales are final. The salon is about 20 to 25 minutes from Houston Hobby Airport and about 45 minutes to an hour from George Bush Intercontinental Airport, depending on traffic.
