New clients must read the studio's policies and send a deposit to reserve a time. The first-time deposit is $15 and is non-refundable, but it is taken off the total at the end of the service. Clients who miss an appointment, or cancel without at least 12 hours' notice, can no longer book, and first-time clients forfeit their deposit.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours ahead. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late are asked to reschedule. Appointments booked outside studio hours, early or late, carry an extra fee of 20% to 50% of the service total, depending on timing, and the client should confirm that fee with the artist before booking.
Clients should disclose any known allergies or medical history when they arrive. The studio is not liable for allergic reactions to nail products.
