Sunless tanning is the core of the business. A custom spray tan is applied with an airbrush by technicians who, the business says, are highly trained. Regular and Venetian Organic solutions develop over 14 to 24 hours, and a 3 Hour Rapid solution develops over 1 to 3 hours. For a fully automated option, the Norvell Booth offers a clear solution that develops over about six hours or an instant bronze, in Light, Medium or Dark levels, with clients waiting 24 hours before showering. VersaSpa is available at the West 72nd location, and first-time clients can take advantage of an intro offer of three sessions.

UV tanning is offered in standard and premium beds. Standard beds use medium intensity lamps, while premium beds use UVA bronzing lamps, with exposure of up to 10 to 12 minutes. Premium beds have contoured acrylics, aromatherapy and Bluetooth for music, and the featured models include the KBL 6800 Alpha, the Matrix DEC L-28 and the KBL Pure Energy ACS. Sessions are counted in points, with a basic session worth one point and a premium session worth two. A monthly membership is available with a four-month minimum, plus a one-time initiation fee, and a student package is open to clients 26 or younger with a valid student ID. The site displays a warning that UV from indoor tanning devices can cause skin cancer, including melanoma, eye burns, sunburn and early skin aging.

Alongside tanning, the salon provides waxing for both women and men, with a pure soft beeswax chosen for sensitive skin and delicate areas. Eyebrow and lash work covers shaping, brow tinting or henna, brow lamination, eyelash tints, lifts and perms, and extensions in natural, volume or diva styles. Manicure and gel services are done with Essie polish, CND Shellac, and OPI Gel and Gelish builder gel. Facials are tailored to each client; a first facial starts with a free consultation with an esthetician. The Fatima facial is described as a treatment that boosts glow using plant-based ingredients.
