The salon describes itself as offering premium services and artistry. In-house nail artists create designs ranging from classic minimal looks to more elaborate ones. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun rather than upscale or luxury, and guests may have a glass of wine or beer during their visit.

The manicure menu has two levels. A Classic Manicure includes a soak, trim and file, cuticle work, a lotion massage and a warm towel wrap, with optional polish. The POPPY Manicure adds natural sugar exfoliation, a hydrating paraffin dip and a warm organic oil massage. Pedicures run from a 30-minute Spa Pedicure and a 45-minute Pamper Pedicure to a 60-minute POPPY Pedicure, which includes a jelly soak, callus treatment, sugar exfoliation, a hydrating masque, a paraffin dip and a hot stone massage. Adding gel polish to a pedicure costs $15 more.

Groups of three or more are asked to pay a non-refundable $25 deposit to reserve slots. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and cancellations or reschedules need at least four hours' notice. The deposit is forfeited for a late arrival or no-show. Refunds are not given for services or gift certificates. Most services carry a three-day guarantee for free repairs at the salon's discretion, which does not cover regular lacquer.

Stated beliefs are health, quality and beauty. Equipment is disinfected with Barbicide and autoclaved after each client, pedicures use disposable kits that are discarded after use, and only FDA-approved products are used.

The salon describes its setting as relaxed and fun rather than upscale or luxury.
