Services range from quick upkeep visits, such as a dry bang trim or cleanup around the ears and neck for returning clients, to full color transformations. Color work includes single process retouches, partial foil highlights, hand-painted balayage, full gray coverage and custom coloring. Custom coloring starts at $300 with an hourly rate of $100 and a three-hour minimum, and includes extra products, bonding treatments and a haircut. Gloss, toner refreshes and conditioning treatments can be added to most cut and color services.

Clients planning a big change can book a complimentary color consultation, where a test strand may be done. A $60 Qiqi consultation is also available, and that fee is applied toward the service booked afterward. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service price for a first offense and 100% for a second. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and can be scheduled for delivery. Gift card sales are final.

Appointments are built around the change each client wants, with consultations and test strands available for larger shifts in color.
