Hours run Monday from noon to 4 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM. Clients who miss an appointment or cancel within 48 hours of it are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, but customers must be approved before their appointment.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Kalah Walsh owns the business, and the listed team includes makeup artist Karlie Besl and hairstylist and colorist Zara B.
