Massage options are Renew, Recover and Restore. Renew is Swedish-style at light to medium pressure, Recover blends stretching with deep tissue work, and Restore is medium to deep therapeutic massage. Body treatments range from a 30-minute Corset to a 2-hour-15-minute Firming Body Treatment with Madera therapy and a slimming wrap. The business also offers maderoterapia, a wood-tool therapy that it says targets cellulite and fat through lymphatic drainage.
Facials use Eminence Organic products, including the Gemstone Collection. Choices include the 75-minute Gemstone Facial, the 120-minute Poppi's Signature Facial, custom organic facials in 60 or 90 minutes, and a Side-by-Side Facial for two people.
A lounge pass costs $40, or $15 with a service. It includes a salt room offering halotherapy, which the business describes as an alternative treatment, a chromotherapy color pod, and a Sunlighten far infrared sauna. Passes allow up to two hours, and the lounge does not require a reservation. Handcrafted teas, lattes and espresso are served, along with fizzy and still water.
Special-occasion packages include the Orchid prenatal-style package, the Rose Package for Two, and the Lily bridal package. Monthly memberships are Restore at $125 and Signature at $165, each with a $50 sign-up fee.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 9pm, and Sunday 12pm to 6pm. Clients can book online, and gift cards and a shop of products are available. Cancellations or reschedules need notice within 24 hours of the appointment, or a fee of the full service total applies. Groups of four or more have a 20% gratuity added automatically. Parking is in the Harvestor lot south of the building and is paid by scanning a QR code on the parking sign. Cotton t-shirts, shorts and soft sandals are available on site for guests who want them.
