The studio is located in Suite D at 3415 Mercer St in Houston. Clients book lash extensions, refills, lifts and removal. The studio is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays, and its hours vary on other days.

The Signature Custom Lash Set, priced at $180 and lasting about 120 minutes, lets clients choose their style during the appointment from Classic, Hybrid, Wet Set, Volume or Brown extensions. The Signature Lash Refill is customized to how many lashes a client has kept since the last visit, takes about 75 minutes or more, and starts at $100. A refill booked more than 21 days after the last appointment is treated as a full set.

The Korean Lash Lift + Tint, starting at $120, lifts the natural lashes and adds a black tint for a mascara-free look, with results lasting 6 to 8 weeks. It takes about 95 minutes or more. Removal costs $35 and covers extensions put on by another artist, taking about 20 minutes. Fills on another artist's extensions are not accepted, so removal and a full set come first.

The Volume Masterclass Series is a set of classes totaling 300 minutes for $650, with a $250 deposit that covers only the first volume class. Lash artists can also book a Full Shadow Day for $600, where they observe lash application, sanitation, styling, mapping and adhesive use. It is booked by message.

Booking requires a $25 non-refundable fee. Appointments moved or cancelled less than 24 hours ahead are charged half the service fee and lose any deposit, and clients may reschedule only once. Late arrivals beyond a 15-minute grace period may have their appointment rescheduled. Guests are not allowed during appointments, and arriving with unclean lashes or heavy eye makeup, mascara or lash glue adds a $10 fee. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent. Concerns about extensions must be reported within 24 to 48 hours; later reports result in a one-week refill, and refunds are not offered. Payment can be made by Apple Pay, cash or Visa.
