The ponytail menu includes a basic sleek pony, a braided sleek pony, a sleek pony with bangs, and a Barbie-style pony, priced from $100 to $125 and taking about an hour to an hour and a half. The quickweave menu has a half-up or half-down quickweave at $150, which takes about two hours.

Clients usually bring their own hair. The studio specifies how much to bring for each style, for example two bundles or two packs of beauty supply store hair for most ponytails and quickweaves, three bundles for the half-up or half-down quickweave, and one three-pack of pre-stretched braiding hair for the braided pony. Bundles must be clean or new, since cut tracks are not accepted. Brands the studio recommends include Organique, Empire, Dream weaver and Pink Lemon, and for the braided pony, Xpressions or Freetress.

Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit, which goes toward the service. The rest can be paid by PayPal, Cash App or cash. Clients should arrive with hair already washed and fully blow dried. Detangling before a service carries an extra fee, and add-ons are charged beyond the listed price. Quickweave clients should bring a black stocking cap.

Arrival timing matters here. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which a $25 late fee applies, and appointments are cancelled after 30 minutes. The 8:45am appointment time carries a $25 early bird fee, and the 8:00pm appointment time carries a $25 after-hours fee. Only clients being serviced may be present, so extra people and children are not allowed in the studio during appointments.
