The street address is sent to clients the day before their appointment.

Booking requires a $10 non-refundable deposit. The deposit is applied toward the service, and the remaining balance is paid on the day of the appointment. Clients can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours ahead.

Timing matters here. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals; arriving more than 10 minutes late adds a $10 late fee to the service, and appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 20 minutes late. A no-call, no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled service. Extra guests and children are only allowed when they are receiving a service themselves.

Nails that chip or break within 48 hours can be repaired free of charge if the client contacts the salon. Repairs after that window are booked as a separate nail repair appointment. Clients who already have a set on and book a new full set are asked to add a soak-off first.
