The studio is located in suite 215A on North Lakeland Boulevard in Euclid. It is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 2 PM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

Gel services start at $25 for 10 or more minutes, with four options that include a hand spa, cuticle care and polish. Kids' services start at $15 and include gel manicures, a mini pedicure or polish only. Acrylic services start at $55 for 55 or more minutes, with eight options using acrylic, PolyGel, StructureGel or GelX, with tips applied or forms shaped to the client's choice and gel polish included. Braider nails, four short nails with the rest left long if preferred, start at $60. Poly gel sets start at $55 for 75 or more minutes, and the studio describes them as combining acrylic-like strength with a lighter feel from hard gel flexibility. Nail designs start at $15 and are grouped into three tiers, from French tips, chrome and dots up to accent nails, 3D lines and stones, and then detailed art, 3D flowers and multi-layer designs. Feet services start at $25 and include a foot soak, a massage and gel polish, and acrylic toes start at $20. Maintenance, covering repairs, cut downs and soak offs, starts at $5.

Several packages are offered. Bring a Friend is $135 for two discounted full sets, short or medium, in any design without stones. The Friday special is $75 for full sets and fill-ins on Fridays, listed as a summer offer, with nail art included and repairs and charms extra. The new client special is $85 for first-time clients, covering a full set in acrylic or poly gel, nail art and gel polish. Polished From Head to Toe is $140 for 210 minutes and includes a full set in any length from short to long, gel polish, nail art and a spa pedicure, with bling available as an add-on. V.I.P membership is listed at $375 per three months and gives members early booking, a waived deposit, two sets a month, a free toe polish change, $40 pedicures, free soak offs and repairs, and included nail art.

Booking requires a deposit, which varies by package and is non-refundable and applied to the service. Changes need 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service and no-shows are charged in full. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean rescheduling, and a $10 late fee applies after a 10-minute grace period, with appointments cancelled after 20 minutes. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment.

Two additional experiences are offered. Watch Me Work is a one-hour session for $100 where a client can watch a full service done in real time. A private one-on-one acrylic nail master class runs about 3.5 hours for $300, with a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the date, and covers sanitation, nail prep, acrylic application, shaping, nail art basics, product knowledge and faster application tips. It includes a training manual, a starter kit, marketing and branding tips, a certificate of completion, and food and drinks.
