Polished

Polished takes bookings with a non-refundable $20 deposit that is applied toward the service. The deposit can be moved once to a new date if an appointment is rescheduled. Changes and cancellations go through the confirmation email rather than text or social media messages, and booking requires a valid email address, which is also where appointment details and the address are sent.

Guests should plan to arrive within 10 minutes of their start time. Later arrivals lose their appointment and owe the full amount. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments without a call are charged the full cost of the service, and refunds are not offered. Any concern about a service should be raised within 24 hours of the appointment.

The business welcomes children and asks that families clean up any messes they make during the visit. Companions are also welcome, and a small couch is set aside for them to wait on. Snacks and drinks are provided at no charge.

Payment can be made by Zelle, card, Venmo or cash. Entering card details when booking confirms that the customer has agreed to the booking policies.
