Polished is a solo nail studio run by owner and nail technician Marissa Bond, located in LIV Studios on South McClelland Street. The studio is open Monday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

The work centers on natural nails, and extensions such as gel-x and acrylic are not offered. Structured gel manicures suit clients who bite or pick their nails, have weak natural nails or damage from earlier enhancements, or find that regular gel chips or lifts quickly or that acrylics feel too heavy. Clients who have builder gel on their nails need a gel polish removal added to a structured gel manicure.

Gel fills are available to current clients only and take 90 minutes or more. New clients can book a structured gel manicure on bare nails, which takes 75 minutes or more. Gel polish removal takes at least 15 minutes and is not offered for acrylic or gel-x, and a single nail repair takes 30 minutes. Gift cards are available. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50% service fee, while no-shows or cancellations within one hour carry a 100% fee, and fees must be paid before rebooking.

Natural nails are the focus, with gel products used to strengthen them and a detail-oriented dry manicure method.
