There is no public restroom on site, and clients are asked to wash their hands before service.

The menu is built around acrylic work and nail art. Full acrylic sets come in short-to-long and extra-long-to-XX-long lengths, and each includes a Russian manicure, one acrylic color, a basic design on one or two nails and a gel top coat. Fills are offered at two weeks or three to four weeks and cover the same acrylic color, and a color change can be added when booking a fill. Soak-offs of acrylic, including foreign acrylic, are also available.

For natural nails, the Standard Manicure includes cuticle care, shaping, one solid color and a gel top coat, and a rubber base gel can be added. The Structured Manicure uses builder gel to build a thicker, sturdier nail and includes one solid gel color and a gel top coat. Nail repairs are priced per finger, and repairs done within 72 hours of the completed service are free.

Designs are priced in tiers, from minimal looks such as French tips, abstract lines, flowers and ombré, through artsy work with hand-painted art, airbrush, stones and glitter, up to advanced 3D and multi-technique designs. Freestyle designs are created from two or three options the owner selects, with the client choosing the color palette. Nail jewels are priced by how much of the nail they cover, and Swarovski crystals are quoted on request. Character nails are quoted per nail based on complexity, and an inspiration picture is needed for an exact price.

Booking asks for a preferred date and time, a location and the desired nail design, and designs, jewels and ombré should be included at booking so the appointment is timed correctly. Services start on bare nails, since the studio does not work over other nail work. Payment is accepted by cash, Apple Pay and Zelle only. Appointments run a $10 late fee after 10 minutes and are canceled after 15 or more minutes. Cancellations or reschedules made less than one day ahead may incur a $20 fee, and no-shows may be made ineligible for future booking at the owner's discretion.
