The salon describes a laid-back setting where clients can unwind during their visit. Friends and children are welcome, and the space is also used for parties such as birthdays and bridal showers, with treats available on request. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm and Sundays from 10am to 4pm, and is closed Mondays. Kiddo services are for ages 11 and under, and no metal tools are used on clients that young.

Booking requires a valid credit card. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice for cancellations, and reminders go out 48 hours ahead by text and email. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged, and late arrivals may have their service shortened. Complimentary fixes are offered within 4 days for gel manicures and pedicures and within 7 days for gel extensions. The salon follows Ohio State Board of Cosmetology guidelines and does not serve clients with nail fungus or warts.
