Booking requires a deposit that cannot be refunded but is credited toward the total cost of the service. Cancelling or moving an appointment with under 24 hours' notice means the deposit is kept. Clients may move one appointment within a three-week window, provided they give a full day's notice. Missed appointments and same-day cancellations are billed at the full price of the booked service. Running more than 10 minutes behind triggers a $10 late fee, and arriving over 15 minutes late could result in the appointment being cancelled. Small children are not permitted in the salon. By booking, clients agree to photos and videos being taken during appointments. Appointments outside regular hours can be requested by messaging the salon, for a $40 fee.
Services may be adjusted, rescheduled or declined at the salon's discretion when extra time is needed for product buildup, lifting, damaged nails, skin conditions or other unforeseen issues. Removal of work from another salon carries an extra $10 to $20 when buildup is heavy or removal is difficult. All services are non-refundable.
