The core of the studio is structured gel. The Structured Gel Manicure costs $70 and takes about 1 hour 45 minutes. It begins with a detailed dry Russian manicure prep with precision e-file cuticle work, then nail shaping, a builder gel overlay, gel color and a glossy top coat. It suits natural nails that bend, break or peel, since it adds strength without adding length. Full sets are available in short at $70, medium at $75 and long at $80, with acrylic in the chosen length and shape, cuticle cleanup and gel color. Enhancements such as French tips, chrome, ombre and encapsulated art are added on to full sets, and nail art is offered with gel services, including freehand custom designs.
Pedicures and combos are also offered. The Lux Pedicure ($70) includes a dry pedicure with cuticle care and shaping, gel color with a high gloss top coat, a warm soak, exfoliation, callus care and a finishing oil treatment, with cuticle work done by e-file before soaking rather than a long water soak. Gel polish on toes typically lasts about 4 to 6 weeks. The Express Combo ($105, about 3 hours 15 minutes) pairs a short structured manicure with gel on hands and a gel pedicure on feet. The Lux Combo ($135, about 3 hours 30 minutes) pairs a full structured manicure with a builder gel or acrylic overlay and a Lux Pedicure, with gel on hands and feet.
Fills and memberships are available for regular clients. A fill or rebalance starts at $50 and takes about 1 hour 15 minutes, with the price varying by nail condition and length. Fills every 2 to 3 weeks are recommended to keep shape and prevent growth lines. The Polished Monthly membership is $65 per month and includes one signature service each month, either a structured manicure or a Lux Pedicure. The Polished Duo membership is $125 per month and includes two visits each month in any combination of structured manicures and Lux Pedicures. Members have booking deposits waived on every booking and can cancel at any time by texting Kai.
Practical policies include a 7-Day Polish Guarantee, under which a nail that lifts or breaks within 7 days of an appointment is repaired free. Single-nail fixes after that period start at $10. Refunds are not offered on completed services. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $150, $200 or a custom amount, digital cards are delivered instantly, and balances can be checked online with the card code. For hygiene, reusable metal implements and drill bits are sterilized between every client, files, buffers, orangewood sticks and pumice are new for each client and discarded after use, and pedicure bowls and foot tools are disinfected with hospital-grade disinfectant between appointments.
