The salon's focus is natural nails. Its techniques and products are chosen to help polish wear longer on the natural nail, and according to the salon, gel polish can last up to two weeks. Gel services get complimentary repairs within 7 days.

Booking works a little differently at each location. Hockessin recommends appointments, especially in its busy season, and asks for six hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without a charge; cancellations can be made by phone, by email, or through Mangomint. Clients more than 10 minutes late may have the service shortened or be treated as a no-show and charged. Trolley Square strongly recommends booking online ahead of time, and Wayne takes appointments and welcomes walk-ins when its schedule allows. Gift certificates bought at Hockessin can only be used there.

The menu covers classic and gel manicures and pedicures, Gel X and hard gel extensions, dip powder and dip manicures, paraffin treatments for hands and feet, and nail designs and finishes that can be added to most services. Men have their own options, from trim-and-go visits to spa and sports pedicures. Children's services are for ages 11 and under, and children get two free designs. Hockessin also offers facial waxing on Thursdays and Fridays.

The salon sells nail polish from several lines, including Bandboxed, OPI and CND SolarOil, along with Nail Envy and Footlogix foot-care products.
