Brands it uses or sells include Madam Glam, Bio Seaweed, Emma, Apres and Dazzle Dry, and Dazzle Dry is offered as a quick-dry option. The business says its LED lamps are the highest quality on the market and that its gel polish stays chip-free for up to two to three weeks on fingers and four to six weeks on toes, according to the salon.

Because the salon is fume-free, it does not remove Dip, acrylic, overlays, hard gel or other artificial enhancements. Clients who arrive for removal of those must reschedule and pay the full service price plus gratuity. Clients are asked not to bring outside polish, and anyone with a split nail, a repair or an unusual nail concern is asked to send a photo before the appointment.

Changes to a booking must be made by closing time the day before. Later changes or cancellations owe the full price of the booked services plus a 20% gratuity. Members have a one-time cancellation fee waived for emergencies only, and a 20% gratuity is still due to the nail tech. If a client is not satisfied with the quality of a service, the salon will correct it within seven days. Free parking, disabled access and WiFi are available, and the salon accepts major credit and debit cards, cash, gift cards and memberships.
