The studio uses CND products and files nails by hand only, without drills. The stated aim is for every client to leave relaxed and happy with their service. Appointments are booked online through the studio's GlossGenius page, and gift cards are available. Hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, are charged a 50% fee. If three or more appointments are cancelled or missed, the studio may cancel all future standing appointments. Anyone 15 or younger getting a dip powder or shellac manicure must have a parent or guardian present.
