New clients can book a free 30-minute consultation before committing to a service. For Gel-X extensions and full sets with art, pricing depends on design, length and the amount of added art, so clients are asked to send an inspiration photo before booking. Structure manicures and fills, which use builder gel, come in several levels from a plain set to advanced art, and clients with gel already on their nails are advised to book removal so the appointment has enough time.

The Lavish gel manicure includes an exfoliating scrub, activator, warm towel wrap and hand massage. The Lavish pedicures add a mineral bath soak, sea-salt exfoliation, a detoxifying mud mask, warm towel wrap, lotion, hot stones and a relaxation massage. The Dazzel Dry manicures and pedicures are finished with a Dazzel Dry polish of the client's choice, and a rubber base can be added to a regular gel manicure for extra durability.

Booking policies are set out clearly. Changes made by phone or online at least 24 hours ahead are free. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged half the service price, and no-shows or repeated late cancellations may be charged 75 percent of the service price plus a 20 percent gratuity fee. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and online booking allows a tip to be added.
