Polish Day Spa

Polish Day Spa has operated since 2016 as a gel-focused nail studio in northwest Portland. The studio says it uses on-trend pigments, gels and materials, and it describes itself as one of the premiere nail boutiques in the city, with a service it calls top-shelf for every client.

The menu centers on gel polish, soft gel extensions, gel overlays and nail art. The studio does not offer acrylics or dip powder, so clients looking for those will need to go elsewhere. Waxing is also available.

Booking is set up for individual visits, two-person appointments, group appointments for friends and family, and gift cards. Appointments are strongly suggested. Walk-in availability is posted on the studio's Instagram account.

The studio is described as fume- and odor-free. Clients are asked to arrive about 10 minutes early to check in. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can result in a 100% charge, and a late arrival may shorten the service time. Cancelling or rescheduling is free with more than 24 hours' notice, rescheduling carries a 50% fee where available, and same-day appointments cannot be changed. Service prices are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Discriminatory, threatening or offensive behavior is not tolerated. Animals are not allowed without prior consent. Service dogs must wear a service dog vest and carry valid paperwork, and emotional support animals do not have public access rights under the ADA.
