Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, without mascara, eye shadow or other eye makeup. Anyone who arrives with makeup on their lashes can have their lashes cleaned for an added $10.

The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm, Wednesday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Appointments follow a 15-minute late policy: late arrivals may have their appointment rescheduled and may be charged $25. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment are charged $25. Gift cards are available.

The studio sets clear expectations around arrival times, cancellations and lash preparation, and aims to be a welcoming space for every client.
