Poise offers brow services grouped under its Browcare collection, with brow sculpting and brow lamination as booked appointments. Lamination works by restructuring and redirecting the brow hairs a client already has, which can give a fuller, more controlled shape. It does not add new hairs or permanently change the brows, and it can be adjusted from a soft, natural finish to a fuller, fluffier look.

Each appointment starts with an assessment. The team looks at natural brow growth, density, skin, the finish a client wants and how much upkeep they are willing to do, then chooses whether a tint or stain suits them. Lamination is often suggested for brows that grow downward, feel coarse, look sparse or thin, or are hard to keep in place.

Poise also teaches. Trainings @ Poise includes a one-on-one Brow Mastery Training covering lamination, wax and dye, a shorter one-on-one option covering wax and tint, and a Brow Sculpting Intensive Workshop. The business describes its training as a route for people starting or refining their brow careers. Products for home and studio use, including brow gel, a workbook and sculpting string, are sold through the online shop, and gift cards can be used toward both services and trainings.
