Poised Esthetics

Poised Esthetics is a private corrective skin care studio founded by Stephie, a licensed esthetician who also created the By Stephie skincare line. The studio works by appointment in Freeport, Long Island.

Rather than offering a fixed menu, the studio tailors treatments to each client. Every appointment opens with an assessment of the client's skin, concerns and goals, and each treatment is planned to fit into a longer skin health plan that looks at what skin needs now and what it will need next.

In-studio Skin Strategy begins with a $75 consultation covering skin analysis, a customized routine delivered as a digital download, product recommendations and service suggestions. Level I: Foundation ($350) is the starting point or a maintenance visit between treatments. It supports the skin barrier, hydration and texture and can include exfoliation, extractions, infusion or LED light therapy, with no required downtime. Level II: Correction ($400) targets uneven tone, congestion, texture and clarity, and may include microdermabrasion, dermal infusion or a more active peeling process, where some clients see light peeling or flaking. Level III: Transformation ($450) is for deeper correction of persistent discoloration and advanced texture irregularities. It is not offered to new clients, must be part of an established Skin Strategy, and requires preparation and aftercare, with peeling, redness and sensitivity possible and recovery time varying. Levels I through II are not suitable during pregnancy, and Level III is not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Also offered in-studio is Dermal Infusion at $200, which applies gentle electrical pulses to briefly make the skin more receptive, so a serum matched to the client's primary concern can penetrate. Intimate/Body Lightening starts at $250 and resurfaces skin that has darkened unevenly, feels coarse, or has been irritated by rubbing, shaving or friction; clients pick the area to be treated when they book. Flaking or peeling can continue for roughly 5 to 7 days, and the skin may feel temporarily tender. Dermal Infusion should not be used during pregnancy.

Virtual services include the Virtual Skin Audit, Virtual Skin Reset, Virtual Follow-Up and Inner Beauty Activation, an energy-focused session that may include Reiki. The Beauty Blueprint ($297) is a 60-minute strategy session with a 30-minute follow-up that looks at overall appearance one priority area at a time and ends with a written plan. An online skin quiz helps new clients choose a starting point.

Booking requires a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable and confirms the appointment; a chosen time is held for 10 minutes at checkout. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. The business describes its before-and-after photos as verified client results from personalized plans and notes that individual results vary. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be used for any in-studio or virtual treatment.
