The menu is organized around color, hair cutting and styling, extensions, treatments, waxing and consultations. Color ranges from a simple toner and six foils to full highlights, ombre and balayage, root touch-ups combined with cuts, and color correction. Service times are listed for each, so a longer color appointment such as a full highlight or balayage is planned around roughly three hours in the chair.

Color correction requires a consultation before the service. Consultations are offered at no charge and take about 30 minutes. New clients booking extensions pay a deposit that depends on the type: $1,040 for full length, $100 for full volume, partial length, partial volume and mini volume, and $25 for micro volume.

Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
