Point Loma Cosmetics is built around the idea that aesthetic treatments should enhance how a person looks rather than change it. The practice focuses on facial balance, conservative dosing, long-term planning and natural-looking results, and it does not rush treatments or follow trends.

Every visit is by appointment. First-time visitors, and anyone unsure which treatment fits their goals, are asked to book a consultation before booking treatment. Consultations are one-on-one with the injector and centre on education, assessment and a personalized plan. They are not sales appointments, and clients are not pressured to book anything, and there is no requirement to treat on the same day.

The practice offers injectables including Botox for dynamic expression lines, which softens movement-related lines while keeping facial movement. Common areas include the glabella, the forehead and the crow's feet. Botox does not fill deep, etched-in lines on its own and is not a replacement for filler or collagen stimulators. Lip filler and facial filler are also offered; facial filler is planned around facial anatomy, proportions and aging patterns, and lip filler is available with numbing cream or a dental block when appropriate. Sculptra is a collagen-stimulating option that builds skin thickness, firmness and volume gradually and may be completed in a series.

SkinVive is a hyaluronic acid injectable used for hydration, texture and overall skin quality. It is placed superficially with medical-grade numbing and does not add volume or change facial shape.

Treatment is conservative and planned over the long term, with an emphasis on proper dosing, FDA-approved products and dilution protocols.
