The studio was opened by Amanda Poe, an esthetician who has practiced since 2006. She trained in San Francisco, later served there as a lead educator and waxing specialist, and then spent five years focused on brow shaping and skin care before opening her own studio, her first venture of this kind.
A first brow appointment starts with a consultation about your previous brow history, followed by a trim, wax and tweeze over about 30 minutes. Returning clients book shorter maintenance visits, or a Trio appointment that combines brow shaping, brow tint and lash tint in 45 minutes. The studio describes itself as a safe space for all. Two-hour paid parking is available along Colusa Avenue, and free residential parking is across the street on Catalina Avenue. The studio is about 1.5 miles from North Berkeley BART station.
