A visit starts with a conversation about what the client wants, along with their health background and history, before any treatment is suggested. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment, changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and a $100 fee applies only when that cancellation policy is broken. New patients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, and purchases and packages are non-refundable, with packages used within 12 months of purchase. Injectables are a core part of the menu.
