The salon operates from a suite at 4301 S Meridian in Puyallup and is run by two co-owners. Services take place in a private suite, and each client is attended to individually.

Blonding is the main specialty. The mini custom blonding is a light refresh at the hairline and part line that blends new growth and suits subtle maintenance, while partial and full custom blonding cover more of the head. Full custom blonding covers an all-over transformation, highlights, balayage, or bleach and tone.

Color services include lived-in color and rich brunettes, with a root touch-up for four to ten weeks of regrowth and a full color for longer regrowth or a complete change. Extension services include consultations, move-up maintenance for existing extensions, tinsel in single-strand, tape-in or bead options, and removal.

Color and extension consultations cost nothing to book. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. Certain bookings, such as extension work and longer color sessions, can call for a deposit that is not refunded and goes toward the total. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM and on Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM.

Each appointment is handled individually in a private suite, with color and extension plans shaped around the client's hair condition and goals.
