The lash sets are described by texture and finish. Wispy Volume is a soft wispy set made with 0.3 mm lashes. Wet Set is a soft set with a dark lash line that mixes diameters, curls and lengths. Hybrid Wispy is an airy set with a dark lash line and mixed diameter and curl. Anime Set is a cloud-style set that combines spikes and narrow fans, and can be done with or without bottom lashes.

Pioneer Set is listed as a current set still in development, offered at a discount and subject to approval.

Booking details are listed on the studio's page. A $10 deposit is required for Eyebrow Wax + Tint, and a $15 deposit is required for Fill In and for Pioneer Set. Clients who cannot attend are asked to notify the studio as soon as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Payments are taken through the booking platform. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 8:30 PM on weekdays, 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays, and is closed Sundays.

Lash work is organized around named sets, each defined by its lash length, curl, diameter and finish.
