Wig installs include lace tinting, plucking, bleached knots and a secure install, either on a Plush unit or on a wig the client already owns. Frontal and closure sew-ins are done as braid-down installs using bundles, and wig re-styling covers washing, conditioning, re-curling or re-straightening, and refreshing the lace.

Appointments are held with a $25 non-refundable deposit, and arriving 15 or more minutes late counts as a cancellation. Appointments take priority, and walk-ins are fitted in when the chair allows. Clients are asked to bring their own extensions or choose from the in-store collection, along with a photo of the look they want and clean, blown-out hair.
