Plush opened in 2020 in downtown Geneva, just off Third Street, and was founded by Celeste. The studio aims to be a small, welcoming and relaxing space where each client is greeted personally.

Body waxing runs from underarms at $25 and bikini at $45 to Brazilian at $65, with arms from $30 to $45 and half legs at $47. Face waxing includes brows at $30, full face (brows, lip, chin and sides of face) at $72, and tweezing at $34. Lash lift only is $80 and lash lift with tint is $100, and brow and lash tints range from $13 to $38.

Clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch, roughly two weeks of growth, before body waxing; longer hair does not need trimming. For bikini and Brazilian waxes, the studio suggests exfoliating two to three times a week and again the evening before. Clients are asked to stop topical acne products or retinol five to seven days before a waxing appointment. The studio states waxing is safe during pregnancy and does not recommend a Brazilian wax from 37 weeks. Clients who plan to get a spray tan should have their brows tinted first, or mention a spray tan beforehand.

Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice; without it, a 50% fee is charged to the card on file. No-shows and no-calls are charged the full booked amount. Clients whose card is expired or invalid receive an invoice and reminder, and a waitlist in Vagaro can be used to pick up earlier openings.

Services are customized with attention to each client's individual look, and every client is greeted personally.
