A visit begins with an assessment of anatomy, proportion and movement. Providers dose conservatively and state the price before any treatment starts. Pricing is posted rather than quoted and is the same in New York, Hoboken and Miami. There is no consultation fee when booking a treatment, and a consultation can be booked for anyone still deciding what they want. Treatment history follows clients between studios, so clients who keep charts in both New York and Florida have their dosing history travel with them.

Botox and Dysport are both stocked, and the team chooses between them based on the treatment area and how a client has responded before. The practice says Dysport often takes effect a day or two sooner than Botox and spreads slightly more. For Botox, results are described as starting in three to seven days, peaking around two weeks and typically lasting three to four months. Botox is $16 per unit with a $375 minimum, and treatments of 50 units or more get $75 off. Touch-up assessments are booked about two weeks after treatment. The practice says it offers every FDA-approved neuromodulator available in the United States, and its Botox page lists Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Letybo and Daxxify as options.

Plump uses nine hyaluronic acid fillers from the Juvéderm and Restylane lines for cheeks, jawline, chin, under-eyes, lips and folds. The practice notes that these fillers are FDA-approved for facial use and can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. Cheek filler is placed deep on the midface bone to restore projection and lift, under-eye filler addresses hollowing in the tear trough and is performed only by its most experienced injectors, and lip filler results are immediate and settle over about two weeks. Skin services include Hydrafacial, chemical peel, AquaGold, microneedling and LaseMD, a thulium laser with minimal downtime. Body services include Sculptra, Radiesse, PRP and Skinny BBL filler packages.

Four studios are in Manhattan, in Tribeca, SoHo, the West Village and the Upper East Side. Two more are in Hoboken, New Jersey, and Brickell, Miami. Most studios are open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 to 19:00 and Friday from 11:00 to 17:00, with Saturday visits by appointment; the SoHo studio also opens Saturday from 11:30 to 15:00. Every studio is closed on Sunday. The Hoboken studio sits roughly a ten-minute walk from Hoboken Terminal, which serves PATH, NJ Transit and ferries, and is a short trip from the 9th Street–Congress Street light rail. Street parking is available nearby. The Miami studio is a two-minute walk from the Eighth Street Metromover station, near the Brickell Metrorail, and has on-site garage parking. Online booking is offered for New York, New Jersey and Miami. First-time visitors receive $75 off their first visit. Membership requires an application, which is reviewed within 7 to 14 business days. The Injectables membership costs $125 a month and includes a $100 monthly credit. Skin Club Elite costs $450 a month. Members receive 10% off, two laser or microneedling treatments a year, and a monthly credit.

Each treatment plan is overseen by the medical director and carried out by licensed medical providers. Care starts with anatomy, proportion and movement, with conservative dosing and the price stated before treatment.
