A visit starts with the price being confirmed before any service begins. Payment is made at the salon after the service, and nothing is paid up front or online. Pedicure chairs are full massage chairs, and a color wall with hundreds of polishes and design samples lets clients choose. Manicures take about 30 to 45 minutes and include nail shaping, cuticle care, buffing, and a hand and forearm massage. Acrylic full sets come in coffin, almond, square, squoval, and stiletto shapes at any length and usually take 60 to 90 minutes. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks as the natural nail grows out. Single-nail repairs are offered, and acrylic soak-off removal is available, including for sets applied at other salons. Dip powder is a UV-free color system that takes about 45 to 60 minutes. Nail art ranges from hand-painted designs and 3D flowers to chrome, cat-eye, glitter, French, and seasonal sets. Pricing depends on length, condition, and design, so clients get a quote when booking. Clients can bring a photo of a design to work from.

Waxing is done with warm wax and single-use applicators. Facial waxing takes about 10 to 30 minutes, and body waxing time varies by area.
