A first visit includes a health and hair history, digital scalp analysis, a review of the findings and a personalized plan. Reservations are held with a deposit that is nonrefundable but counts toward the final bill, and a booking is not confirmed until the deposit arrives. Rescheduling or other changes require at least 24 hours' notice. Guests should come with their hair already detangled and any previous styling removed, unless the booked service covers that preparation. Only the person having a service may remain on the premises. Minors can be brought in with one parent or responsible adult. Taking before-and-after photos is optional and happens only with consent.
