Every client receives a personalized consultation before treatment. All injectable services require an in-person medical consultation, where eligibility is assessed, and some clients may not be eligible for treatment. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol for 24 hours before a neurotoxin or filler appointment.

The menu covers neurotoxin treatments for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, brow lift and lip flip, with chin dimpling also addressed. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be placed in the lips, cheeks, jawline, chin and smile lines, and they can be dissolved if needed. Neurotoxin appointments take about 10 to 20 minutes with little to no downtime. Epionce medical-grade peels come in several strengths for concerns ranging from congestion and pigment to texture and more advanced skin concerns, and SkinPen microneedling is offered for scarring, pores, texture and sun damage, taking about 30 to 60 minutes with a topical numbing cream.

Monthly memberships are available in three tiers: Glow at $99, Elite Injectable at $199 and Platinum Luxe VIP at $299. Each includes a monthly credit and member pricing, with benefits that vary by tier. Memberships are billed automatically each month with a three-month minimum commitment. Appointments require a valid credit card on file, and sales, prepaid services and packages are final and non-refundable.

Treatment starts with an in-person medical consultation and a personalized plan, with Epionce peels customized after a professional skin assessment and medical-grade products used across treatments.
